Service Description
All classes begin with a gentle warm-up, and finish with a cool-down and relaxing stretch. Monday class: Low impact cardiovascular exercises, followed by resistance training with Thera-bands, and tubing. Wednesday class: Mobility & Balance. Friday class: Low Impact cardiovascular exercises, followed by resistance training with Dumbbells (hand weights) NOTE: Have a mat, water bottle, sturdy chair, and towel available. Exercise equipment required: Dumbbells (hand weights), Thera-band & resistance tubing.
