Service Description
All classes begin with a gentle warm-up, and finish with a cool-down and relaxing stretch. Monday classes: Low Impact cardiovascular exercises, followed by resistance training with Thera-bands, and tubing. Wednesday classes: Stability, Mobility, and Flexibility Exercises Friday classes: Low Impact cardiovascular exercises, followed by resistance training with Dumbbells (hand weights) NOTE: Have a mat, water bottle, sturdy chair, and towel available. Exercise equipment required: Dumbbells (hand weights), Thera-band & Resistance tubing.
