About Mary

​

I have been working in the health and fitness industry for 20 years as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor in Vancouver, B.C.

​

My Philosophy

​

Just Move!  Moving everyday has the power to improve every part of your body, and your mind, resulting in better overall health.  I take a functional and practical approach when it comes to training my clients. The goal is to move in the most fluid, and natural (functional) way, improving everyday living, and the activities or sports you enjoy.  

 

I personally, have been a life-long mover, pursing activities such as trail running, mountain biking, hiking, x-country, skate and alpine skiing, rock climbing, outrigger canoeing, and most recently have taken up stand-up paddle boarding.
