"Keep Moving" is my motto in life

My passion is to inspire you to move your body in the most functional and natural way. I'm excited to share my love of fitness and the outdoors.
​
Health and wellness are the key to longevity. Creating a strong and functional body will allow you to pursue everyday tasks with that much more ease, as well as optimizing movement in your sporting activities.
​
Working as a health and fitness professional for 20 plus years, I have trained hundreds of individuals of all ages and abilities to help achieve their goals.
​
Beginning with gymnastics at a young age I have pursued recreational sports throughout my life; trail running, mountain biking, road cycling, hiking, outrigger canoeing, mountaineering, rock climbing, alpine skiing, and most recently Stand Up Paddle Boarding.
Having a diverse range of interests that include food, wine and travel, I have developed cycling tours that combine wine & food. Cycling through vineyards and orchards, combined with food and wine creates harmony with mind, body and soul.
